The Oregon Ducks mascot shot his shot at actress Sydney Sweeney this morning on College GameDay. A short while after, Sweeney responded.
The Duck, affectionately known to some as “Puddles,” held up a sign during GameDay that read, “Sydney Sweeney Please Call Me Back.”
Unsurprisingly, the sign went viral and was received well with laughter online. That furthered after Sweeney publicly responded to the Duck’s courtship.
Sweeney posted a screengrab of the sign on her Instagram story and responded with a five-word message to the Duck.
“Sorry, changed my number, haha,” Sweeney responded.
Sweeney’s cheeky response emerged and later went viral. Several college football fans and otherwise reacted to the famed actress’ reply to the Duck.
