Smith’s 1,243 receiving yards, 87 catches, and 12 touchdowns would’ve formed a lethal one-two punch alongside Malachi Toney, giving a Miami team still stinging from a National Championship loss more firepower to finish the job.
Violence has ensued between Miami and Ohio State fans online.
