It seems as if Michigan and Ohio State aren’t that different after all.

Ted Carter, President of The Ohio State University, stepped down on Monday after admitting to an “inappropriate” relationship. This marks the second prominent figure in the Ohio State/Michigan rivalry to recently have to leave their post due to misconduct, following Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore.

With a vacant position to lead the Buckeyes’ campus, many are pointing to one man to take the helm: former Ohio State head coach Jim Tressel. In addition to being a Hall of Fame coach, he was president of Youngstown State University from 2014 to 2023, and is now serving as the 67th Lieutenant Governor of Ohio.

There’s only one man for The Ohio State President job.
Integrity. Honesty. A Leader of Men. No scandals. Ohio Born and Raised. And a WINNER.
Bring home Jim Tressel. pic.twitter.com/DjL80osrOd

While this is a PR disaster for Ohio State, I guess it could be worse; you could be Michigan’s football program.
This is how you self report an incident like a true man of honor and integrity should do. Take notes, Michigan
