An interesting debate has been floating around in the college basketball community in the days leading up to the NCAA Tournament:
Would Miami Ohio win the Natty if they had Wemby on their team? 👀 pic.twitter.com/vYoaB2QCKv

Still just 22, Wembanyama has certified himself as an NBA superstar.
The 7’4 French native opted for professional play in France rather than a year in the NCAA, and was the consensus No. 1 pick in his draft year.
In his third NBA season, Wembanyama is averaging 24.2 PTS (15th in the NBA), 11.1 REB (5th in the NBA), and is shooting 50.6% from the field.
The internet remains divided:
Yes. And they would win it easily. https://t.co/mWsGSkG5WL

Maybe.
Kon and Flagg were on the same team last year and lost in the final four.

easily bc college kids wouldn’t be able to score https://t.co/baL7NBB2Rh

Wouldn’t be an absolute lock but they would be the betting favorites.
Just the attention he would draw on every offensive possession would result in such high percentage shots for his teammates.
Remember Steph took Davidson to the E8 only to lose by 2 to the eventual champs. https://t.co/TLervzlCNn

What do you think: Would Wemby lead the Redhawks to a title?
