An Adam Schefter mistake led to an all-time classic Twitter moment Thursday.
How could Schefter possibly think this was Nick Singleton when he tweeted this out? pic.twitter.com/7wYn7ULXWh

While referencing Nick Singleton, Schefter attached a picture of Cordell Mitchell, a running back for Penn State in the late ’90’s.
Fans were in disbelief that Schefter could make a 20-year mistake, even just from the image.
Right? Lol. You don’t have to know anything to know this picture is too old.

Pads alone should indicate this picture isn’t from this decade, and possibly this century.

Schefter will be sure to double-check his image before he tweets at college sports fans next time.
