Justin Flowe continues to play college football in 2026 as a starting outside linebacker for UNLV’s Runnin’ Rebels. Now 24, he is in his seventh season of eligibility.

Flowe was a highly touted high school player in the 2010s, winning the Butkus Award in 2019. He committed to Oregon as a five-star recruit in the famous 2020 class, which produced NFL stars like C.J. Stroud and Bryce Young.

The NCAA granted him an extra year of eligibility due to the 2020 pandemic, which greatly disrupted the season.
He then broke his foot in 2020, playing only one game, and in 2021, he suffered a season-ending ankle injury after a strong season opener with 13 tackles.

These injuries allowed him to preserve multiple years of eligibility. After recovering, Flowe transferred to UNLV via the NCAA transfer portal.
