When Rioux did play, he entered the court to a standing ovation and a roar of the crowd.
He’s the tallest player to ever score an NCAA basket, and went mega-viral when standing next to Prairie View A&M’s 6’8″ Forward Hassane Diallo in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament.
6’8″ Hassane Diallo couldn’t believe his eyes while standing next to 7’9″ Olivier Rioux. 😅

While Rioux struggled to find a role on a Florida team with an exceptional front-court, it shouldn’t be hard for a 7’9″ player who doesn’t even need to jump to dunk to find minutes.

Will we be able to watch the biggest man in college basketball history play consistent minutes next season?
