Savannah Bananas Set Own Attendance Record At Texas A&M’s Kyle Field

It turns out people DO want to watch the Savannah Bananas play baseball.

The Bananas game at Texas A&M’s Kyle Field drew 102,000 people, shattering their previous attendance record.

The scenes at College Station were wild.

Dubbed “Banana Ball”, the game prioritizes a fast pace, with silly rules and stoppages for entertainment. In between all of that, they still play real baseball for wins and losses. The Bananas ended up losing to the Texas Tailgaters.
