The sports world can’t stop talking about Colorado superstar Travis Hunter. The sensational two-way player helped lead CU to victory over the UCF Knights in a crucial Big 12 game.

On the heels of the Buffaloes’ dramatic win over Baylor last week, Colorado came prepared to play on Saturday. The Buffaloes played a complete game in every phase en route to victory. Hunter starred on both sides of the field and made one of the biggest plays of the day.

Hunter came away with an interception against the Knights that will surely go into his Heisman reel.

Speaking of the Heisman, Hunter hit the signature pose after picking the pass off.

Hunter has been a sensational player at the D1 level after arriving last year. He’s played on both sides of the ball, and despite a tough demand, he’s been superb on each side. Hunter’s scored receiving touchdowns and made plays like the one he did on Saturday as a defensive back. Chris Gamble and Jabrill Peppers may have made the mold, but Travis Hunter is breaking the foundation.

His play caught the attention of the sports world, who had plenty to say. “Travis Hunter is generational” probably trended for a bit on Saturday afternoon.

The superlatives continued!

Hunter and Colorado will continue to get attention with performances like they had on Saturday. Colorado currently leads UCF 41-21 in the fourth quarter. Hunter scored a receiving touchdown earlier in the game as well, adding to his dynamo performance in Orlando.
