The Clemson Tigers recently lost a blue-chip commit. On Thursday, that former commit announced his newest destination.
Cornerback Graceson Littleton, who decommitted from the Tigers recently, pledged to the Texas Longhorns. Steve Sarkisian and Texas scored the blue-chipper, adding to their already talented 2025 recruiting class.
On3’s Hayes Fawcett reported on the commitment.

“Four-Star CB Graceson Littleton has Committed to Texas,” Fawcett wrote in a post on X.
It’s a tough blow for Clemson, who’s been on the wrong trajectory over the last few seasons. Head coach Dabo Swinney and Co. have yet to recapture the energy and magic the program had in the mid-2010s. Obviously, decommitments like these don’t lend themselves to optimism. The Tigers are on a rocky road, but there’s still time at least to right the ship. The Tigers currently sit 16th in the 2025 On3 recruiting rankings after that decommitment. They’ll need to do some more work to try and get to the Top 10.
In this case, Clemson’s loss is Texas’ gain. The Longhorns bolstered their secondary for next year and beyond by bringing in Littleton. Texas is ranked in the Top 5 in the 2025 recruiting rankings on On3, so there will be another talented team in Austin next season.
