The Clemson Tigers were hit this week by a blue-chipper’s decommitment.
Defensive back Graceson Littleton of the Class of 2025 has decommited from the Tigers. Littleton had previously been committed to Dabo Swinney and Clemson since early June.
But now, this news obviously changes things.
247Sports’ Tom Ley reported on Littleton’s decommitment.
BREAKING: Top100 cornerback Graceson Littleton tells me he has decommitted from #Clemson.
He will visit #Michigan this weekend. #Texas also offered and he is looking to line up a trip there as well.

Ley also added an interesting nugget: Littleton plans to visit Michigan this weekend. The Wolverines will host No. 1 Oregon in a Big Ten showdown that will have plenty of attention. Whether MIchigan wins or loses that game, it’ll be interesting to see if it has any effect on Littleton’s next move.
Littleton is a native of Tampa, Florida, so the commitment to Clemson made some sense. But, sometimes things change. Flipping is as regular as it gets in college football. Time will tell to see if Littleton winds up in Ann Arbor after this move away from Clemson.
The Tigers still boast a national Top 20 recruiting class in 2025. Clemson currently ranks 16th on On3’s recruiting rankings after the decommitment. So, while they were hit, they’re still bringing in a lot of talent.
