Earlier this week, a report surfaced suggesting that former United States President Donald Trump was planning to attend the SEC showdown between the Georgia Bulldogs and Alabama Crimson Tide. But it sounds like one former Ohio State star wants Trump to come to a Buckeyes game.
Former Ohio State linebacker Cie Grant took to social media on Tuesday to start a push for Donald Trump to attend this year’s rivalry showdown between the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Michigan Wolverines in November.
“If you’d like for Donald Trump to be in attendance at The Ohio State – Michigan football game (The Game) like & retweet this post so the next President of the United States of America knows,” Grant said in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.

Grant helped lead the Buckeyes to a win over the Miami Hurricanes in the 2002 national championship game.
It’s worth noting that the showdown between the Buckeyes and the Wolverines will take place at the end of November. So when the game is played, Trump will already know the results of the 2024 election.
He will either be the president-elect or will have suffered his second consecutive loss in an election.
