Division III Texas Lutheran kicker Tyler Hopkins used his head and his feet on Saturday.
After getting a field goal blocked late in the first half vs. Belhaven, Hopkins saw the ball bouncing on the field and kicked it off said field and through the uprights.
Is that legal? No.
But the referees were so confused they mistakenly awarded Texas Lutheran the three points.
Honestly, when someone does something that awesome, it should count whether it’s legal or not.
