College GameDay will emanate from another rare site this week. With the program’s booming success in 2024, the Indiana Hoosiers will host the iconic ESPN pregame show this Saturday.
“ESPN’s College GameDay is headed to 7-0 Indiana Football,” ESPN’s Bill Hofheimer posted on X.
“CGD has only been to Bloomington one other time – in 2017,” he noted.
Just announced: ESPN’s @CollegeGameDay is headed to 7-0 @IndianaFootball under 1st year coach @CCignettiIU this Saturday.
CGD has only been to Bloomington one other time – in 2017. Lee Corso coached the @IUHoosiers from 1973-82, so this show will be extra special. #IUFB pic.twitter.com/W0M6Hn9qwZ

GameDay has hit some cool sites this year, having ventured out to Berkeley ahead of Cal-Miami. Bloomington would be another unique spot, as Indiana isn’t known as a football power. But they’ve looked great this season and have earned their spot and moment in the sun.
Indiana is set to host Big Ten newcomer Washington this weekend for a game set to kick off at Noon Eastern. Washington has looked downtrodden at times this year. They’ve eaten losses to Rutgers and Iowa on the road and this isn’t fixing to look any better. The Hoosiers look outstanding so far and may pose a threat to the top of the Big Ten i they get there. They will avoid Oregon, the top-ranked team in the nation, this season. But they do have a trip to Ohio State still on the ledger.
