The Notre Dame Fighting Irish will receive a unique spotlight. NBC and Peacock will present a Hard Knocks-like documentary series for the Irish football team this coming season.
The docuseries will be entitled, Here Come The Irish, per the program’s announcement.

A behind-the-scenes look into college football is certainly ground that people will enjoy covering. Hard Knocks has grown in popularity over the years, and so much so that now the NFL has gone in on several different versions. There aws an offseason edition this past year with the New York Giants, and there have been multiple in-season Hard Knocks series as well.
So naturally, there would be interest in the world of college football.
Notre Dame benefits hugely from this, and it’s another example of how great their TV deal is. While some have argued they need to be in a conference, it’s clear why they aren’t. And moves like this are a huge reason why.
Notre Dame will open the 2024 college football season against the Texas A&M Aggies in a highly anticipated Top 25 matchup.

What other school gives you something like this?
I can answer that question: there isn’t any. https://t.co/87262YvjyD

When a burner is telling you Notre Dame is irrelevant, just come back to this. Nobody has it like the Irish.
Recruits can play on ESPNU if they want to! Choosing hard isn’t for everyone 🤷♂️ https://t.co/mG858KZnO4

My friend @j2r3al is lead producer on this show, and I couldn’t be looking forward to it more. The man is a hell of a cat sitter, but he’s even better at making television. (And this is coming from a Michigan fan, so take that for what it’s worth.) https://t.co/6Xo3FveKzA
