The Texas A&M Aggies have a huge game this weekend. They will welcome the Missouri Tigers, a top-10-ranked team led by star receiver Luther Burden III. Quarterback Connor Weigman is pushing to play in the game, but his status for the game remains yet to be seen.

On Thursday’s depth chart, the Aggies listed the quarterback as ‘questionable.’ Weigman has dealt with a shoulder injury that’s kept him out of action for the last three weeks. A&M would love to have him against the vaunted Tigers, who will have experienced quarterback Brady Cook leading the charge.

It’s just a matter of everything falling into place now.

Rece Davis of ESPN recently said that he doesn’t think A&M should be ruled out for a Playoff spot. A lot of that may depend on whether or not they have Weigman the rest of the way. The Aggies host many of their important games this year instead of going on the road, which will relieve them. But it’s all about execution, of course.

We’ll see if Weigman suits up for Texas A&M this weekend. The Aggies and Tigers have played for a long time against each other, dating back to their days in the Big 12. The game will kick off at 11 a.m. local time at Kyle Field in College Station.
